1、To oversee and be responsible for market development and marketing communication for the purpose of market / business development that assigned.
2、To lead marketing strategy generation for assigned segments.Oversee and analysis market insights，competition landscape, business opportunities, value chain, business model, go-to-market strategy, product launching plan, and etc.
3、To lead and implement forward-marketing activities for assigned market segments, including market intelligence, customer pool, business meetings, partnership events, policy advocacy, trade associations / government agency connection, and etc.
4、To develop potential customers and business opportunities for assigned market segments. In collaboration with selected customers, to accelerate business opportunities realization including pilot projects, MoU, LoI,contract, agreement, and etc.
5、To lead strategy generation for marketing communication for assigned segments. To support communication strategy for sustainability and ESG, and to link to business development purpose.
6、To lead and impelment marketing communication activities for assigned segments, such as develop and implement event plans and schedules, write exclusive materials.
1、University degree or above, overseas education background/overseas work background is preferred.
2、More than 8 years of similar work experience in the area of market development and marketing communication.
3、Working experience in multinational companies in the fields of biosynthesis, chemistry, chemicals, materials, polymers, etc. is preferred.
4、Good understanding of sustainabiity / ESG or relevant research experience is preferred.
5、Marketing knowledge and background is a plus.MBA is a plus.
6、Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and presentation skills.
7、Strong commercial acumen, good judgement and general understanding of the business.
8、Proven ability on analytical & strategic thinking.
9、Good communication, coordination and interpsonal skills.
10、Excellent for both spoken and written English.
